That is something that messes with my brain when it comes to characters that live centuries and still are immature.
With age comes experience, with experience your personality evolves, you mature. Characters that live centuries and still stay immature, their brains don't work correctly? it develops extremely slowly? how they can keep their personalities intact for centuries? they experience nothing?

Kobayashi basically adopted Kanna and Kanna called her mama, directly ! Kobayashi feeds her, sends her to school, takes care of her, they play together, she teaches her stuff... idk what else you want >->

Yes, but I am only comparing human like creatures. If Kanna is going to stay 9yo in appearance and personality for decades, educating her would be kind of annoying.

Not sure about her mom but afaik Kanna's (bio) dad just... SUCKS as a person but idk what he did
Yeah it would, tho she's not like... dumb she's just that immature but yeah it's gonna be awkward in like 10 years when she's in uni and looks the same

It is a mean dragon I suppose.
But that's the thing, she is not going to go to the uni in 10 years, because her brain will still be stuck as a 9yo. She has been stuck with the same personality and appearance for a long time for what I understood.
